I Want to Be Wealthy and God Wants Me to Be Wealthy Too!

Inspirational Bible Verses that Support the Theory that God Wants You and I to Be Wealthy in Life

Practicing the laws of the Secret, having faith even the size of a grain or just being positive in your daily thinking and speaking, are all similar paths to the same destination. There is power and inspiration in believing and seeing something come to fruition; even before it actually happens. There are thousands of stories of celebrities, business professionals, and other successful people who believed in their dreams and didn't allow others to get in the way of them reaching their goal. They focused on the visions they had inside and spoke their dreams into existence.

The bible enforces this theory that if you think, believe and say what you want to transpire in life, it can and will happen. Romans 1:17: And Jesus said unto them ... , "If ye have faith as a grain of a mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible to you." This verse enforces, if you really truly believe in something, nothing will be impossible for you to do. For me, the mountain is a metaphor for any trial, dream, goal, or situation. You can change it if you believe you can. There is power in faith and words. Each day, I start off by reciting these 3 bible verses below from the King James Version:

Deuteronomy 28:13: "The LORD shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow." This verse empowers me to believe that as long as I work toward my dreams, God will bless my labor. This verse also helps me get in the mind frame of not owing anyone. It makes me have the desire to be the person giving loans, not the borrower. I am striving each day to become debt free. I believe working to repair my credit and meditating on this verse will allow me to be debt free. Each day I find someway to work toward completing that goal. Each day I also say,"I will be debt free." Try to say it yourself. If you say it long enough, eventually you will believe it and do something to make it happen.

II Corinthians 8:9: "For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich." Verse nine lets me know that God wants to help me. He wants me to be successful. He gave up his riches for this purpose. The fact that I know this is God's intent allows me to dream big. Since we are all created equal, if someone else is successful, I know I can do the same because this is what God wants for me and you.

Ecclesiastic 5:19: "Every man also to whom God hath given riches and wealth, and hath given him power to eat thereof, and to take his portion, and to rejoice in his labour; this is the gift of God." This verse let's me know riches and wealth are not bad things. These are gifts from Gods. I can be wealthy and still be of God. This allows me to feel justified for wanting these things in my life.

The bottom line, God wants us to succeed in life. I believe he made us to be prosperous. Ecclesiastic 6:2 says "A man to whom God hath given riches, wealth, and honour, so that he wanteth nothing for his soul of all that he desireth, yet God giveth him not power to eat thereof, but a stranger eateth it: this is vanity, and it is an evil disease." If you work hard and you can't enjoy the fruits of your labor, God feels this is an evil disease. You have a piece of pie that God specifically has waiting on you. It up to you to figure out how to get it and enjoy it. He wants us to have our cake and eat it too!

These six bible verses mentioned are all the proof I need to know that God wants you and I to be wealth; He wants you and I to enjoy the result of our labor. If you have faith, you can accomplish anything. That is the way I believe life is intended to live and apparently the way God intended it too!

You wanted reasons why judgment is coming upon the earth? Judgment begins at the house of the Lord. Remember when Jesus flipped over the tables in the temple and declared that they had made His Father's house a house of merchandise? He shortly thereafter declared the temple desolate.

I agree that being debt free is a good thing, but to me, the untold riches are of eternal nature and that is eternal life and the price that is priceless has been paid by Jesus Christ. I also agree that God wants us to be prosperous. Prov. 30:8 says, "..give me neither poverty nor riches, but give me only my daily bread." Sometimes immense wealth corrupts, but some have the gift of giving, so you are right, riches are not wrong, but they can also be a curse. Money is not the root of all evil, this proverb is taken out of context, it should be "money is the root of all kinds of evil" but it doesn't mean money is evil. Good work Virginia. Please allow me to extend a warm welcome to you to AC here. God bless you writings friend. Well done & again, welcome.
