I Want You and You Want Breakfast?!!

This is such a strange situation . I was tired it was 2:30 AM and as much as I love that Mann I couldn't cook for him at that time of night. The feminist in me just wouldn't allow it. But on the other hand baby, he's just so nice and he did take me out on a week night when he was probably tired too. SO ladies here's what I did. I cooked.
Sometimes it just has to be done. It's not worth arguin' and waking the neighbors which we did the first coupla years we dated and were newly weds. So, I went back to the basics. Steak, eggs, onions butter and OJ. I forgot the toast but he remembered and put the bread in. He always contributes which I like because he really doesn't have to. We made an agreement about these things and I stuck to it. If I cook he does the dishes and vice versa. And a big ole pitcher of ice water. We ended up having an ice fight which it fun and easy to clean up later. We just toss ice cubes around the kitchen while the pans a'sizzling and we laugh laugh laugh and splash around with that hose thing that really is supposed to help you rinse the dishes. As if we might ever do the dishes anymore :-)! We are so irresponsible and I KNOW the maid was pissed when she came in this morning. But we fell asleep and that's why she makes the big bucks!!
