When I read earlier interviews by Donald, I had an image of him and interviewees emailing each other in conversation type interview. I was wrong. I wish I wasn't because I was looking forward to "talking" to Donald. Anyway, the interview process is very easy, just go here and answer the questions. When I first looked at the page, I thought "Man, that's a lot of questions, I don't know if I want to work that hard." Then I remembered my commitment to Donald and got busy. I took my time and over the next three days slowly answered his questions. I actually enjoyed digging in my past and coming up with the answers. Although I still would have preferred a conversation type interview, this process that Donald has come up with is okay.
After I posted my answers, Donald sent a pm the following day to tell me that he had submitted my interview. So I immediately went to his page (click here) to check it out. For some reason I thought these interviews were not for pay. I guess I assumed that because for a lot of my articles I get the message "Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an upfront payment for your submission. However, we believe that it has social value and we would like to publish it." All I have to say, is "Good for Donald Pennington." I wish I had come up with the idea first. When it finally was published Donald sent another pm to let me know. I waited to see what kind of impact it had if any. Within 24 hours I was getting great feedback from other AC producers. I'm glad I did the interview.
All Donald asked me to do is write this review of his interview and here it is. Click here to read my interview.
Special Note: I figured if Donald was getting paid for his interviews that I would try to get paid for my review. It didn't work. I got my second most common rejection reason "AC gets most of its traffic from search queries. This content does not match something that a user would search for online."

Interesting...I also like your title.
Great job! I think you should have been paid. I'm not sure why Donald gets paid for the interviews as they are also not what people would search for on line.
