I was Interviewed by Donald Pennington; And You Can Be, Too!

Kat V
My page views are nowhere near where I'd like them to be. I tried various things: posting links to my articles in threads such as "Non-AC Discussions," starting a Subscriber for Subscriber that has grown massive, creating accounts on Digg and StumbleUpon, harassing friends and family to read my work, you name it. Then I came across an article written by CP Donald Pennington that offered to promote my work as long as I sat down for an interview with him. It's important to note that just about anyone can be interviewed by Donald; you don't have to be in the Top 1000. The questions he asks are interesting without getting too personal; if you think this is a Barbara Walters/Britney Spears confession-fest, then you're mistaken!

For those who have yet to experience the ingenuity of AC's own (and better) version of "The Donald," you should send him a message and request an interview!

Donald Pennington is one awesome guy. I was interviewed by him, and i'm stealing his idea. Well, not exactly but i'm using it. He started it, and that is great. The interviewing process can help AC producers get more exposure and get to know one another. thanks for the article. Great work! five stars at best!

Sorry I missed this one, Kat! I'm off to read it now. Apparently AC is sending notices of new articles at random now...

Don is awesome. He does such a great thing for the people on AC. Instead of focusing jsut on what he wants to write, he really reaches out and wants everyone to be successful. Those are some great attributes in a person.

Thanks Kat. I just read your interview with Donald....Great job! By the way, aside from Donald's interview concept, I think your subscriber-for-subscriber idea is the best thing I have seen anyone here on AC promote as a way of increasing page view hits! It has worked wonders on my page views and I have gotten to "meet" some really interesting people here on AC in the process!
