Ice Road Truckers, Season 4, Episode 10 aired on History Channel Sunday featuring nervous times for drivers Jack Jesse, Alex Debogorski, and Lisa Kelly. The rivalry between "The Polar Bear" and Debogorksi heated up on this program. Season 4, Episode 10 of Ice Road Truckers also saw one driver try to redeem himself after almost getting canned last week. "The Dash for the Cash" is well under way.

Jack Jesse Hits Himself on Season 4, Episode 10 of Ice Road Truckers

Jack Jesse is in Fairbanks and gets a load of pipe to Bettles, where the ice is even more challenging. He's only been there twice before, and has prepared his load for the rough journey. He determines where to cross the frozen Jim River by getting out and stepping on the ice, which is not very thick. He finally chooses his path and chains up before embarking on Ice Road Truckers, Season 4, Episode 10. His ride across is hairy but he makes it, and gets his load to the destination. But he hits himself with his own winch bar while trying to leave the trailer, creating a hole in his head, though it doesn't keep him sidelined for very long.

Greg Boadwine is heading south to recover a backhaul load and return back to Fairbanks. He's got to redeem himself after being caught going well over the speed limit and wrecking an axle on a previous truck. But his oversize load comes close to hogging too much of the road to where drivers coming from the opposite way have a harder time passing, to where one driver yells at him via CB. But Greg continues on with the load, gathering up experience along the way on Season 4, Episode 10 of Ice Road Truckers.

Lisa Kelly is up early, but things are frozen on her truck (it had been washed the night before), and she has to use a torch to thaw things out. She then demonstrates how she makes a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast. Kelly approaches a stretch of the Dalton ice road called the "Beaver Slide", a deep downhill drop that tries the driver's nerves until she reaches the bottom. Later, in -23 below weather, she has trouble getting her frozen landing gear down, so the yard crew comes by with lumber so she can leave.

Alex and "The Polar Bear" Keep Up the Rivalry on Ice Road Truckers, Season 4, Episode 10

Alex Debogorski takes a load out of Fairbanks before his rival "The Polar Bear." But as he approaches a steep climb at only 5 mph, his truck stops and begins rolling back downhill. It stops after a 100 feet thanks to some gravel, which helps get the traction he needs to get up and over, and stay ahead of Hugh en route to Prudhoe Bay. After delivering the load, he gets a load out, but ten minutes later, his rival arrives.

Hugh Rowland gets 90,000 pounds of electrical cable in Fairbanks and happily bypasses the weigh station since it's closed on Season 4, Episode 10 of Ice Road Truckers. "The Polar Bear" isn't a fan of the authorities, who've given him a hard time in the past. As darkness approaches, his not chaining up finally catches up with him as he gets stuck on a hill until he chains up. After arriving with his load, he gets a backhaul south, and tries to overtake Alex, and does after Debogorski has to stop to tighten a loose strap. This leaves Alex pretty pissed.

Ray Veilleux wasn't featured. Through Season 4, Episode 10 of Ice Road Truckers, the co-leaders are Jack and Hugh with 11 loads; Alex and Ray have 10; Lisa has 9, Greg has 6.
