Honey Jasmine TeaIngredients
- 300 ml brewed Jasmine Tea
- 3 teaspoons of honey
- Ice cubes (1/3 of the cocktail shaker/glass)
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds
- Pour mixture into drinking glasses and serve
Rose Oolong TeaIngredients
- 300 ml brewed Rose Oolong Tea/Oolong Tea with some rose buds
- 3 teaspoons of honey
- Ice cubes (1/3 of the cocktail shaker/glass)
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds
- Pour mixture into drinking glasses and serve
Lemon Green TeaIngredients
- 300 ml brewed Green Tea
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons of honey
- 2 slices of lemon (optional)
- Ice cubes (1/3 of the cocktail shaker/glass)
- Pour honey, lemon juice, green tea and ice cubes into a cocktail shaker
- Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds
- Pour mixture into drinking glasses and serve
- Add slices of lemon to decorate the glass (optional)
Pearl Milk TeaIngredients
- 150 ml brewed Black Tea
- 150 ml fresh milk
- 2 teaspoons of non-dairy creamer
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- Some glutinous balls/tapioca balls
- Ice cubes (1/3 of the cocktail shaker/glass)
- Place glutinous balls/tapioca balls in glass
- Pour black tea, honey, milk, non-diary creamer and ice cubes into a cocktail shaker
- Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds
- Pour mixture into drinking glasses and serve

- 150 ml fresh milk
- 3 tablespoons of orange juice
- 3 teaspoons of honey
