Iced Tea Recipes!!!

Here are some iced tea recipes that you can savour.Besides enjoying the taste you can also take benefits of its numerous health benefits.The below mentioned quantities are for one person only.
1.Iced tea to beat summer heat:
Add to one and quarter cup of water,6 inch long lemon grass cut in small pieces,6 mint leaves,1 teaspoon of tea powder and boil till the tea is reduced to about one cup.You can add 1 teaspoon of sugar if if like.Strain and cool it,refrigerate and add 2/3 cubes of ice.
2.Naturopath's iced tea:
Add to one and quarter cup of water,6 inch long lemon grass cut in small pieces,3 mint leaves,6 Basil leaves,half inch ginger piece chopped into small pieces and crushed and boil it till it reduces to about one cup,strain it and cool it,add a slice of lemon and half teaspoon of honey.Add 2/3 cubes of ice.
3.Anti-oxidant iced tea:
Add to one and quarter cup of water,one teaspoon Green tea powder,6 mint leaves,one inch piece of ginger finely chopped and crushed an boil it till it reduces to about one cup,strain it,cool it and refrigerate it.Add 2/3 cubes of ice.
