Spruce up your iced tea and excited your taste buds with this Sprite Tea recipe! With hundreds of flavors, some of which can be pricey, you can waste time and money trying to find a new way to spruce of your iced tea. Look no further. Sprite tea is just what your taste buds have been waiting for. Theres no long recipes, no exotic, hard to find ingredients and you will only raise your tea budget a mere dollar or two!

How to make Sprite Tea

Ingredients:

1 Family size Lipton Tea bag (you can substitute your preferred brand and amount of tea bags)

1 ½ cups of sugar (more or less depending on your preference)

1 2-liter bottle of Sprite

1 gallon tea pitcher

In a small pot add water and tea bags. Heat on med-high until tea comes to a boil. Move pot off of burner and allow it to set 5-10 minutes.

In a large pitcher combine, sugar and tea. Stir the bottom of the pitcher to dissolve the sugar.

Fill the rest of the pitcher with water up to the 1 gallon mark.

Allow tea to cool by placing it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Once your tea has cooled, fill your glass with ice and add enough Sprite to fill about ¼ of the glass. Then slowly fill the rest of the glass with Sprite.

You will then have a Sprite Tea! I don't recommend mixing the Sprite into the pitcher of tea as it will cause the Sprite to lose carbonation with in a few hours. This recipe will give your tea the kick it's been needing. It will have a taste of lemon with the slight boost of carbonation. Giving your taste buds what they have been looking for!
