ICEE Freeze Blue Raspberry - Review

Chen Salis
As the weather gets warmer my family requests frozen treats more often. I like to switch things up every now and then and I am always in search of a great bargain. When I saw Icee Freeze Blue Raspberry cups in my local grocery store I did not hesitate to pick up a box. I was happy to find a different product to try from a brand I am familiar with.

When I was in high school Icee drinks were served in the cafeteria, and as a kid I never resisted a delicious frozen drink or treat. It had been years since I had an Icee. I was glad to see the Icee Freeze Blue Raspberry cups were much smaller than I recall indulging in. Each cup contains 4 fluid ounces of Icee drink, frozen. It can be eaten while frozen or it can be softened by microwaving for 10 to 20 seconds.

These little cups taste exactly like I recall Icee drinks tasting, they are fun and a different way to cool off or indulge in a frozen treat. I loved the price of 4 cups per package for $1. The size is ideal for children especially. It is not too big, so nothing will go to waste, and it won't be completely melted and messy before the children can finish their Icee Freeze Blue Raspberry treat cups and it is not too small. In my opinion, these are the perfect sized treat for kids and adults alike. They are fat free, contain only 80 calories per serving and they are low in sodium.

Asides from the Blue Raspberry flavor of Icee freeze cups you can also get the other standard flavor of cherry. The Cherry flavor of Icee freeze treat cups are also $1 per 4 pack. We have not yet tried the Cherry flavor of Icee freeze cups, but we will in the near future. I am sure they are every bit as great as the Blue Raspberry flavor.

I would recommend Icee Freeze cups in Blue Raspberry to anyone who enjoys frozen treats or slushies. These are a great size, great flavor and great bargain in my opinion. I will purchase these frozen treats again, with increasing regularity as summer approaches. Icee Freeze treat cups are a great way to treat yourself to a sweet and cold snack, and a great way to cool off on hot days.
