Ideas for the Hard to Buy for Person

Everyone has someone in their family that is hard to buy for. They either have everything that want and need, or are picky. I have a couple of those people in my family as well. Buying a Christmas gift for these people is a bit tricky. First, you have to do some snooping. Find out what they have, that is wearing out, and get your ideas from there. Buy it as a gift, before they go out and purchase it themselves.

Grandfathers and Dads:

If you have a Grandfather of Father like mine, who still cling onto old school shaving, the gift for them would be shaving accessories. One suggestion is a shave kit. This comes with a Mach 3 razor, badger brush, and stand for $54.95. It is Silver with white enamel, very nice looking. There is also a gold plated razor, brush, toothbrush kit, for $49.99. If you just want to stick with the razor and toothbrush stand, there is one for $27.00, it is gold plated and black, nice for the business mans office. If this price seems high, have all the kids kick in, and split the cost, giving one nice gift for Grandfather or Dad. These shave kits are best priced, and are found at www.giftsforprofessionals.com . Both my Grandfather and Father liked honey, it goes on toast, and cereal. At this on line store, www.fainshoney.com , you can purchase a gift set of 3 different honeys such as, honey, honey butter, and creamed honey spread for $19.98. There is more then these 3 items to choose from, you can create a 3 or 5 package gift box. Some flavors are: almond honey butter, lemon honey spread, cinnamon honey spread, and peach amaretto honey butter to name a few.

Women:

In my family, I have several females who are hard to buy for. One thing I know is, they all like costume jewelry. I found one site that has unique jewelry, similar to that of what the stars wear. They have headbands, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets. You can pick your favorite star and choose the jewelry design they wore, and purchase an copycat looking piece. The prices start at $ 7.99 and up. www.tanojewelry.com. Another idea, is handbags and rhinestone hoodies for pre- teens. At www.shopforbags.com ,you can find cute rhinestone hoodies for $15.75, and Rhinestone handbags starting at $10.95. These bags and hoodies are really cute.

Men:

Who does not know a man who loves to BBQ? How about a personalized BBQ branding iron. There is many to choose from such as, nascar, initials, and other designs, starting at $34.00 at www.tbonebrand.com , and $39.95 at www.brandmysteak.com . Another grilling idea for the BBQ master is a personalized apron. At www.giftsforyounow.com you can purchase a apron with funny saying such as, "Grill Sergeant Bob" or other personalized ones. Prices start at $12.95. Another gift for family members to chip in on would be the Omaha Steak meat package. Their signature sampler is $44.99, which includes, 4 top sirloins, 4 gourmet burgers, and 4 stuffed baked potatoes.

Grandmothers/Mothers:

My grandmother loved anything for her garden. At www.windchimesandwhimsey.com you can purchase beautiful wind chimes starting at $13.95. They have an Aluminum Bronze Feng Shui for $14.95, and a Bamboo River Music chime for $13.95. Another gift idea for them is an Bonsai tree. These are small dainty trees which can be set anywhere, and are nice to look at. At the on line store www.bonsaiboy.com, these Bonsai trees start as low as $19.95. Hickory Farms has a fruit and snack basket for $30.00.

As with any person who is hard to buy for in my family, I have tried these ideas in the past, and they have loved them. Maybe this will help you in getting more ideas, for the hard to buy for person on your Christmas list. For a family gift idea, the Omaha Steak package deals is a nice idea, as would be any gift tower of fruit and snacks.
