Ideas on What to Sell Online and Offline

Items come and go and I believe that every one of us had been there before. We thought we needed a certain thing at the time but it turns out that wasn't true at all. People are junk collectors which is why there are online places like EBay where people are selling their own stuff. Some items sell better than others and if you are having trouble on what to sell, look around your house. What do you no longer need where it is collecting dust? Whatever it is, here are some ideas.

1. Books and magazines- If you have magazines and books that have no pages ripped out, check out on selling them maybe on Ebay. Some magazines sell really well but unfortunately on Ebay, books do not sell at all. Research first before you think about spending money to have it listed for 10 days. 5 days is a good start to gauge and see how your books and magazines are doing. If you have books and/or magazines that are not selling at all, think about selling them at bookstores. Some local bookstores will buy the magazines but ask first. Before you do that, you should check out craigslist too or sell them somewhere else online such as at Amazon.

2. Baby clothes- Name brands seem to outbid more than others such as OshKosh, Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, and any other big fashion companies that are popular. Consignment shops are next on the list.

3. Used kids toys- if they look very decent and clean and you take pictures of it, then maybe there is a small chance that someone will bid and buy it. If not, consignments usually want more toys and stuff to sell.

4. Electronic items such as cell phones, laptops, etc- They are pretty popular to sell since people are always looking for better deals nowadays.

5. Health Equipments Used at Home- Some people who doesn't use certain exercise equipment such as a treadmill may benefit on selling the item. There will always be people that want to get and stay in shape and since the economy is bad right now, they love a good deal. Make sure they are in such great shape and if they are not, then you are better off donating or giving it to someone you know or places that allow donated stuff.

6. Shoes- Girls are usually the one that buys lots of shoes and sometimes some of them don't wear the stuff even though it's expensive or don't plan to use it. The ones that sell the best are usually expensive company such as Jimmy Choo and other famous shoe company that are currently popular. You can sometimes find them at consignment shop that people get rid of in order to earn income. It's not as much as you paid for it but your job is to earn as much as you can from the items you no longer need. But guys need shoes and some guys are willing to buy name brand shoes such as Nike, Adidas as an example.

I know that there might be more items I might of missed on the list but they seem to be popular to sell for most of them. I suggest that you collect all of your stuff you no longer need and get rolling on selling them online and give it a try. The last resort is to either have a yard sale or sell them at places for money such as consignment shops. Last but not least, you will have fun if you make more than you thought you would get at Ebay. It amazes some people that was able to sell their stuff more than it's worth.
