Charlene Collins
If I could share my heart of hearts,

If the essence of love, I could share with you,

If I could only tell you how I feel,

If what you had to say went beyond mere words,

If your feelings didn't change,

If I wasn't blinded by your charisma and charm,

If love could be more than fleeting,

If my tears would stop long enough,

If I could only say I still love you,

If hearing your voice again,

If my tears were diamonds,

If so many years hadn't passed,

Ifwriting were not an outlet I might have died.
