If "Birthers" Are Not Legitimate Why Does Obama Keep Mentioning the Controversy?
Anyone else noticed for the longest time Obama was completely mum on any of the "Birther" and records controversy? His minions would handle it and he would not even allow any questions as to this topic made to him personally. Yet of late...at least twice in the last week, Obama has mentioned, either directly or tangentially, the "Birther" phenomenon? I contend he is mentioning it now because he feels totally insulated and protected from it by his minions and media apologists. I believe his arrogant confidence will eventually unhinge him and we will indeed see if there is anything to hide.
Again, why would the most fantastic and super-duper Man since Jesus H. Christ hide anything? If he is the stellar intellect we were assured he was, why would one SPEND MILLIONS to conceal such evidence? If he's the greatest thing since sliced bread what is their to hide? If his history and academic records are all pointing and confirming what a great cat he is, why spend a fortune on lawyers to keep them under wraps? As I said, Kerry and Bush's military and school records were available for all to see. I mean we all remember that right? Swiftboats, Vietnam, Yale, the National Guard and all that.
And what of the passed and waiting to be signed Arizona legislation that requires all presidential candidates on their state ballots must produce sufficient legal documentation to prove they were born in the US as the Constitution demands? Again, I am not claiming Obama was not born here, but he will indeed have to prove it to be on the Arizona ballot.
Personally I think the Arizona tactic is a good one. What if a half dozen other states passed such a measure? He would have to pony up the records. His minions will of course go to the mat to fight it, but if it goes to court Obama loses for sure because the court will merely issue what's known as a "subpoena duces tecum." (SDT) An SDT is a legal compelling of a person or entity to present documents for court examination. It carries the same weight and penalties as any court subpoena. Failure to comply sees an issuance of a contempt order and jail is a possibility.
Were Obama and the minions to challenge the Arizona law it would be in a court and indeed he could be compelled to present the documents and I am of the feeling he does not want that eventuality. Why then does he now feel so arrogantly confident that he has mentioned it at least twice in the last week or so? I really believe he thinks he's won and the issue is now fit to be used as a bludgeon against his political opposition, as opposed to being kept unmentioned as he did up until now for the most part.
Lastly, let me make perfectly clear my position. I honestly and sincerely hope he was born here and the evidence is overwhelming to prove that fact. To me the only thing worse than having an uber progressive leftist as president is to have them be president by scamming and circumventing the Constitution. That being said I would love to know what is in those records that justifies one spending untold amounts of money to keep them hidden. There is surely something there...you know it, I know it, he knows it and so does his sycophancy.
For me the last straw is his arrogance. I really tried to like him...I really did. I never really trusted him but I was willing for better or worse to give him a fair shake. I have done so. But to watch him up on that podium with that self-satisfied look of arrogance that he has won, that he is untouchable, well that is just too, too much for my young ass to live with. It's one thing to beat me in a fair contest but to then laud it over me with arrogance is more than anyone should have to tolerate. No one likes a poor loser but a poor winner is even worse. The man has no grace whatsoever. That to me translates to no respect. I mean I didn't put the words "Tea Baggers" into his mouth did I? He said 'em proudly.
He has little to no respect for me and mine and our positions and he's made that abundantly clear. Guess what...by his actions I have no respect for him. When we add in his new found surety that he is free from any repercussions his arrogance grows and I am a mean little SOB in that I love to see people get the comeuppance they beg for, and this clown is begging like a kid for a cookie.
C'mon states...let's have another half dozen or so states enact laws that any presidential candidate must prove beyond doubt their Constitutional qualifications, the first being that they are a native born American. I mean he is a native born American, so nothing to hide, right? If for no other reason his supporters should demand it. After all, if he is a native born Gringo wouldn't they love to have that so they can then laugh in the faces of "Birthers?" Isn't this common sense?
Or am I correct? Somewhere in his records it proves he is or was a filthy Commie, committed Marxist or maybe he wrote a paper or more than one that calls for the collapse of the US and our system, and perhaps by violent means? What if the "Communist League" or the American Communist Party paid for his education? There is something there for sure and he's spent a fortune to keep us from seeing it. That alone is good enough reason we must see what''s there. Honor and forthrightness demands it. And apparently so do many citizens and hopefully the state of Arizona and maybe a half dozen more. Man up Mr. Obama. I know your big ears can hear the din. Or are you worthy of every derision I have ever laid at your big feet? Prove me wrong...I dare ya!

I merely asked why, suddenly he would being it up himself, and now we clearly know why...he was intending to release the long form certificate, for which I applaud him doing. I guess to you it's all coincidence. I mean to get the long form he had to file a waiver form what I have read, so that was in the works when he was bringing up the birther topic himself.. He keeps having it thrown in his face by the likes of Donald Trump, who is now taking credit for Obama finally releasing the birth certificate they were all demanding. Now that he's actually made the state of Hawaii issue a copy of his official, long form birth certificate, will you people finally admit you were wrong? That moronic witch Orly Taitz is now saying that the certificate says his father's race was "african," and that back in the early 60s, they would have said "negro." Uh, news flash, Obama's father WAS an official, real African-born African and that's what they called themselvges, even back then. What an idiot. And now that they have what they want, they're going to try to make up a NEW controversy with this SSN bull crap. Let the man do his job for God's sake without all this nonsense distracting him!

I wish I had read this earlier before Obama produced the birth certificate, but here it goes: My theory was that he refused to produce the certificate not because he had anything to hide, but because there *wasn't* anything to hide. With all the conspiracy theories about his citizenship flying around, the controversy proved to be an excellent "diversion" from the real issues at hand... high jobless rate, bad economy, uprising in the Middle East, drilling for oil, etc. The more speculation the birth certificate received, the more the Obama administration knew we would be attracted to it, so he continued to hold it back, stringing us along like sheep. It was only recently, when it received so much attention that even his black supporters, independents and some Democrats were starting to question his citizenship, that he decided it was no longer to his benefit to hold the certificate back. How if Bush and Kerry's were so public can Obama's be so private? As for your question about Panama and McCain, whatever. Interesting though that your support for Obama consists of deny, deny, deny. Are you not at all curious as to why Kerry and Bush were open books and Obama isn't? So since he's your boy, does that mean come Hell or high water, it's all good? From what I understand, the McCain campaign spent $1.8million on their wind-down. Shall I conclude that the McCain campaign spent that money concealing the Sneator's records? Like maybe, McCain's education was actually funded by the Panamanian government so that they would have a sleeper in the White House in case they needed to bail out of jail a future Panamanian leader? As most of us have come to learn, Obama is one of the biggest frauds and liars in U.S. Presidential history. His words have no value when he is constantly having to be 'fact-checked" each time his words flow across his lips. He wants the birther issue to remain relevant because his birthplace isn't what he wants to hide. It's his father's citizenship and natural born citizen clause that worries Obummer and his faithful zombies. It is amazing how we know almost every thing about our past presidents and presidential candidates but hardly anything about Obama. I've wondered where are the documents that show his name change after being adopted. Is his legal name Barack Husseing Obama or Barry Soetoro? I love how his followers paint him as a centrist or moderate Republican. As progressive's history shows, when found out, they change their names.
As well, what he said and did 25 years ago is important. I mean Bush's Nat. Guard service was more than 25 years before the 2004 election cycle and it was deemed exceptionally important, so why is Obama's history not equally so? As for the "Messiah" thing, Chris Matthews has his head so far up Obama's ass that when Obama takes a dump Matthews has to move over to make room. Same, same for Andrea Mitchell, Amanpour, etc. If you cannot see and admit that even many leftists remark that media covers for him due to their lefty love affair, then Sir, you are missing some rather important news. And Obama is the one who said "We are the one's we've been waiting for," so clearly HE is convinced of his own greatness. Point out my error Sir!
Ben, first, thanks for reading and THANK YOU for your rational disagreement. I do not agree with your appraisal at all, but you were fair and reasonable and may I say RESPECTFUL. KUDOS SIR! My points remain. Yeah, Obama's radical supporters think he's a centrist cause they want him to go whole hog radical lefty progressive, but he's doing a bit of triangulation a la Bubba, cause he wants to be reelected. If he is and has any legislative support in Congress I guarantee we'll see a lot more like Obamacare, cap and trade, net neutrality and socialism. And explain why a wonderful intellect and stellar person as Obama is told us to be would spend untold vast fortunes to hide his records. If his grades and who paid for his education is on the up and up, why hide them? Bush and Kerry's' records were public.
