If Charlie Sheen of 'Two and a Half Men' Doesn't Care, Why Should We?

Due to Charlie Sheen of "Two and a Half Men" making disparaging remarks about his bosses on "The Alex Jones Show," there will be no new episodes. As reported at Yahoo TV, CBS issued the following statement, "Based on the totality of Charlie Sheen's statements, conduct and condition, CBS and Warner Bros. Television have decided to discontinue production of 'Two and a Half Men' for the remainder of the season."

Charlie made comments about his bosses on the radio show, such as this, "Do what you've gotta do -- I'll go make movies with superstars and not work with idiots."

Charlie Sheen is an excellent actor. Most would agree that he's the catalyst for the success of "Two and a Half Men" with his style and comedic genius. He's an example of an actor that if you were to remove him, the show would suffer and probably fail.

However, Charlie Sheen has a problem that he doesn't seem to want to acknowledge even when people like his bosses or ex-wife Denise Richards express their concerns. Richards has kids with Sheen and has come out publicly about her concern for Sheen.

"What can you say? It's a very difficult situation in dealing with the subject. This has been something I have dealt with for years. This is not a new situation. There are times where his life is more colorful than others, more public than others, and as the kids get older it's a difficult thing, " Richards said.

The remarks he made about Alcoholics Anonymous give you an indication of the depth of his denial.

"Twenty two years around those oppressive clowns and losers. I finally extracted myself from their troll hole and started living my life the way I want to live it. It's vintage. It's outdated. It's stupid. And it's worshiped by stupid people."

Then in an open letter, Sheen went further with words for executive producer Chuck Lorre.

"Clearly I have defeated this earthworm with my words -- imagine what I would have done with my fire breathing fists. I urge all my beautiful and loyal fans who embraced this show for almost a decade to walk with me side-by-side as we march up the steps of justice to right this unconscionable wrong."

But who's truly wrong - Charlie Sheen or Chuck Lorre? This all started with the producers of "Two and Half Men" putting the show on hiatus so that Charlie could get some help. Sheen was working with an addiction specialist at home, but how successful has that been?

If you're a fan of Charlie Sheen, do you only care about seeing him on "Two and a Half Men," or do you also care about his health?

However, if Charlie Sheen is on a mission to do what he wants when he wants, does it really matter anymore?

He's a sick man. He needs to be removed from the public eye and treated. Can anyone do that?

He looked like he had been smoking a crack pipe before his GMA interview. He looks horrible.

Jimmy Durante once said, “Be nice to people on your way up because you meet them on your way down.” Sheen has got a big head and doesn't care one bit about his co-stars or other people on the set of "Two and a Half Men" who contribute to the show. In addition, he doesn't care about himself. Don't be surprised if they find him dead in a hotel room due to his continued substance abuse.

    Classic symptoms of narcissism.

This is a huge disappointment. I really liked Sheen, but recently he has been a real ass :/

With the recent reports of Charlie Sheen's drug use - why hasn't he been arrested? Also, I thought that the men who used the services of prostitutes were breaking the law. It appears that Charlie Sheen has gotten a pass on following the laws unlike the common citizen who would be in prison for doing what he has done.
