If a cried on pillow could talk

Jenny Heart
If a pillow could talk when the sorrowing spirit cries

How would the one crying respond?

Would the one crying surprisingly stand up

and look around to see who saw their tears dropping

The rain of tears set upon the wet pillow of sadness

waiting for a loving phone call to wake up gladness

Oh the a sigh of relief that comes

when the heart has spilled its heartfelt pain

Life may just answer back

when tears

turn into

A

pleasant seasonal rain
