If Your Goal is Wealth Accumulation, You May Be Shooting at the Wrong Target. Here is How to Succeed
Actually the fastest and best path to accomplish these objectives is to raise your aim and shoot for different goals...the cash will follow if you are successful at doing this.
Sound strange especially after all my entries about profit, expenses, debt etc?
Try this out:
1. If one of your goals is to create a respectful environment for your employees where everyone is treated well and enjoys a quality of life, is trained, paid with incentives, gets appropriate feedback and works as a team and has pride in their work, you can bet your business will succeed and wealth will accumulate.
2. If one of your goals is to constantly improve the quality of your goods or service, as well as reduce your expenses, so a fair profit is earned and a great deal is given to your customers...you will succeed.
3. If one of your goals s to provide long term employment and a career path for your employees, you will reach your goals.
4. If you are determined to improve the quality of life of your customers by providing them with meaningful goods and services you will succeed.
5. If you lead by demonstration, you will succeed.
6. If you demonstrate you care, about yourself, your employees, your product or service, the environment, your vendors, your customers, you will succeed.
7. If you ask for help when you need it and accept it when given to you...you will succeed.
8. If you pay forward by giving back to your community and others who are less fortunate, you will succeed.
9. If you make certain that you give quality time to your family, they too will support you and your quest for success and you will succeed.
10. If you tell the whole truth all the time...you will succeed as people will want to do business with you.
In short, cash will accumulate, wealth will happen, success will be achieved if your goals are loftier, higher, purer, better, more honorable then mere wealth accumulation.
Try it, it works.
