If only I had the stones
I'd build an alter to commemorate
what you have done for me, God.
You have healed me through and through.
So I'll just have to light a little candle
and say a little prayer
to say a little thank you.
My words whispered into Your ear
shall be my ebenezer.

Post a CommentEvery day we live doing our best is a stone for the alter.
It's comforting knowing God is always there. I like to believe He takes comfort knowing I'm always there for Him too. Beautifully written verse.
Stones make great offerings:)
