A lot of people are very particular about their feet including myself. Sometimes we go a little overboard when trying to explain what is wrong with our feet to our doctors. Well, it doesn't always have to be that difficult.
Every morning I, as well as hundreds of others awake with their feet hurting. Our feet were hurting somewhat like we had been walking for miles and miles. My feet would be so stiff and sore. It was so bad I would blame it on genetics or possibly arthritis.
Well if you have ever either been in the military or lived with a person that has been in the military and are in charge of making beds then you know how tight the sheets are tucked in.
More than likely if you are having these same symptoms it is because you are sleeping in what is known as a military fashion where the sheets are too tight. It causes your feet and/or ankles to hurt because it keeps your feet/ankles at odd angles and doesn't allow them to move around. The moral of this story is sleep under loose sheets!
Everyone woman knows what its like to have a painful menstrual cycle, but not every woman knows what to do about them. So if you don't already know "Fish Oil" is the best thing you can do four your cramps.
The Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids which are the fatty acids you want. Too much linoleic acid combined with too few omegas 3's seems to be one of the reasons some women experience severe monthly cramps.
To help reduce your painful monthly cramps you should increase your omega 3's in your daily diet by at least 1-2 servings of fish weekly. If you're an outside person and enjoy walking or jogging through the woods or a nature trail, there are several things to watch out for. A big one being plants such as Poison Ivy or Poison Oak just to name two.
Instead of waiting to get a rash and then treating it, why not treat it before you get it? Now they have available lotions that are FDA approved and example would be Ivy Block. This Ivy Block is a preventative to more than just poison ivy and oak. So go right ahead and enjoy your nature and prevent and mishaps later.
These are just a few examples of how we can prevent our bodies from becoming ill instead of waiting around and then having to try to find the right medication. When you're planning a small trip or vacation remember think about where you will be going and what things you will be doing. Ask your self what kind of things can you take along that will help prevent possible illnesses or rashes later. Good luck and have a safe trip!
