Abdominal pain
Athlete's foot - You don't want to see this infection at its worst. Athlete's foot or tinea pedis is fungal infection that commonly spreads over a person's foot. Symptoms are scaling, cracking, inflammation and itching of the skin. I don't know if you know this, but Athlete's foot can spread to everything, from your armpits to your groin. Sounds fun, huh?

Bad breath - This should be self explanatory.
Improves blood circulation - Simply put, circulation is when your blood is moving in a circular path like blood vessels. This can occur in several places and systems throughout the body; such as, collateral circulation, coronary (heart) circulation, fetal, lymph, and pulmonary circulation.
Low blood pressure - This should be self-explanatory. But let's get into it for argument's sake. High blood pressure or hypertension is when the pressure in your blood is chronically elevated. This can lead to heart attacks, heart failure, and strokes. Low blood pressure or hypotension is when the pressure in your blood is abnormally low. This can lead to chest pains, a shortness of breath, fevers, and headaches.
Bronchial catarrh - The broncus is one of two tree-branch-like pipes (trachea) that are used to transfer air to and from the lungs.
Catarrh is a swelling of the mucous membrane that can lead to discharges from the nose.
Bronchitis - To explain bronchitis, you'll have to know what the bronchus or bronchi are. The broncus is one of two tree-branch-like pipes (trachea) that are used to transfer air to and from the lungs. Bronchitis is simply an inflammation of mucous membranes in those pipes.
Colds - This should be self explanatory.
Colitis - It's simply a digestive disease linked with the colon.
Diarrhea - Do we have to describe this ailment? Okay, if we must, we must. Diarrhea is the softening and liquefying of bowel movements. For infants, this ailment can be very dangerous.
Digestion - This should be self-explanatory. Digestion is the process of metabolising a foreign substance like food into any nutritional value for the body.
Dizziness - This should be self-explanatory. A term that is commonly used to describe a feeling of imbalance. Related descriptions include lighthead, floating, whoozy, giddy, confused, helpless or fuzzy.
Dysentery - If you have blood in your stool, you've got dysentery. I bet you wanted to know that one, huh?
Dyspepsia - Simply put, this is another form of indigestion.
Earache
Epilepsy - A chronic neurological disease in which a person can lose consciousness, and seize in which there is violent convulsions.
Flu
Gas - Caused by changes in pressure or temperature, gas is simply a vapor or air-like state of matter, different from any solid or liquid states by freely moving, greatly expanding and contracting molecules. If you think that's a mouthful, try reading up on all the different kinds of gasses. I won't go into detail. But, there is many different types, including inert gas, methane gas, laughing gas, tear gas and even water gas.
Halitosis - Simply put, it's when you have bad breath which can be caused by bad hygiene or infection.
Hiccups - This should be self-explanatory. But for the fun of it, I'll tell you what the hiccups are. Hiccups are spasms of the diaphragm that causes inhalation and then, sudden closure of the glottis.
Indigestion - This should be self-explanatory. But let's say for argument sake that you don't know what it is exactly. Indigestion is a discomfort from the inability to properly digest your food. This can be caused by emotional disturbances, leading to nervous indigestion.
Muscle aches - This should be self-explanatory.
Nausea - In case you don't know, it's just a condition in which you feel ill - maybe so bad you want to throw up. Nausea is caused by such things as motion sickness, eating too much, too little or eating something bad. The effect of certain drugs can also cause nausea.
Pain - This should be self-explanatory. But, let's discuss for the fun of it. Pain is an unpleasant sensation. This is related to noniception or nociperception.
Palsy - Simply another term for paralysis. There are several different kinds of palsy, including ataxic cerebral palsy, Bell's or facial palsy, and cerebral palsy.
Intestinal parasites - Simply put, parasites are organisms that feed on or lives on other organisms.
Sexual stimulant
Spasms - If your muscles are contracting and you can't control it, those are spasms.
Toothache
Vomiting - This should be self-explanatory. But I think we should go into it - if for nothing else - for the fun of it. Simply put, vomiting is when all of the contents of your stomach are expelled up through your esophagus and out your mouth.
Warts - Despite what you think, there are several different kinds of warts. One is a small, horny outgrowth on the skin, usually caused from a viral origin. Also, we're talking about a cauliflower or a solid blister forming somewhere on your body. Think of genital warts. Squirming yet? That's how I was feeling when I researched some of this stuff.

No home should be without this recipe for an herbal first aide kit.
You must have Aloe Vera. The gel from the plant's leaves will help in relieving pain, and healing burns and cuts. Believe me, I know this works.
Also, you should have Arnica. Another healing gel that will take the blue out of bruises.
Take Calendula. When taken as a tea, this dry leaf will help clean cuts.
For indigestion, anxiety and insomnia, take some Chamomile in tea form.
You should most definitely take Echinachea if you want to treat the flu or the common cold.
Gingerroot is great for relaxing the stomach, killing nausea, and putting an end to motion sickness.
Keep a bottle of Witch Hazel handy to stop infections, and heal minor burns and rashes.
