If you were gone my tears would flow,
my would would lose the sun's bright glow.

If you were gone I would cry each night,
while yearning for you to hold me tight.

If you were gone I would be alone forever,
for my heartstrings you would surely sever.

If you were gone my life would truly end,
for my broken heart no one else could mend.

If you were gone I would have no soul mate,
for my heart no other could ever penetrate.
