My head is spinning
What's the right choice
In life there's no winning
No one bothers to hear your voice
They ask if you're ok
You reply with a yes
But in the mid of the day
You're expected at your very best
You deal with being empty
No one who will care
You deal with the loss
Of love you can't share
Your heart grows stone cold
To people in your life
Secrets untold
Of sorrow rife
A look of devastation in your eyes
A look of lost dreams
And hopes that were lies
But what can you do
Just reply with a yes
When they ask you
Are you ok
But truthfully you want out of this mess
What's the right choice
In life there's no winning
No one bothers to hear your voice
They ask if you're ok
You reply with a yes
But in the mid of the day
You're expected at your very best
You deal with being empty
No one who will care
You deal with the loss
Of love you can't share
Your heart grows stone cold
To people in your life
Secrets untold
Of sorrow rife
A look of devastation in your eyes
A look of lost dreams
And hopes that were lies
But what can you do
Just reply with a yes
When they ask you
Are you ok
But truthfully you want out of this mess
