Senator Orrin Hatch's proposed amendment to the 2010 Unemployment Benefits Extension Bill would require mandatory drug and alcohol testing in order for potential benefits recipients to receive their checks (upon passing said tests). Was it all about altruism and saving the nation money, or was Orrin Hatch just trying to help out his Big Pharma buddies.

    The people of your state voted you in. They wasn't asked to pee in a cup when you took their money out of their pay checks to pay into the unemployment insurance program. You go pee in a cup! All the citizens in Utah don't vote this guy back in.
