theres no instructions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what the hell am i suppose to do?!??!?!?!
Elements doesn't have the same tools as a full version of Photoshop - including the layers functions. Try following the instructions without rasterizing and see how it comes out - it's my best suggestion :)
I have tried to follow the instructions to make the glass orbs on Elements 3. I cannot Rasterize. I have no Command key. Are your instructions for an Apple computer? HM.
