Post a Commentdoes anyone know anything on the early release thing? if so how do you know if some is going to be released?.. i heard they are going to release level's 1-2 and 3 from the gym first... does ANYONE know anything?... HELP!!!
nov 8-09 hi i have son in state prison soledad ca no criminal background he didnt get early release others with criminal background and worst get early release the system is a liar
I also did not spend 3 years trying to prove that he was guilty for him to be out in 5 years.
For any one that brings the facvt up of "If it was you FAMILY MEMBER you would want them out." That is not true my Father raped, beat, and threatened me with my life from the age of 8 untill i was 15. SO I hope to God he does rot in prison where its unsanitary, ppl die every day. Hope he gets beat the way he beat me. He'd Be Better off there anyways hed be shot comin anywhere near me or the rest of my family. So you guys cant say if it was you family member because YES HE WAS MY FAMILY MEMBER!!!!!

If he needed metnal help you should have taken him to a colinic after his forst offense.
If its self defense three times they wouldnt have been chagred with three felonies...the three strike law is the only thing that has kept California from sinking completely into the cest pool of drugs, sex, and violence that it has already become.
my father was sentenced to 26 years to life for 2nd degree burglary on the 3 strikes law he broke into a store and stoled 2 bottles of whiskey and 3generic packs of cigerettes and now hes serving a 26 year sentence my father not only had problems with addiction but he had mental health issues as well. Im sure hes not getting any help that would be benefical to him or any one else for that matter in prison.
its just stupid and wrong the 3 strike law becouse what if its just self defence 3 times and it gets pinned on them as assult...stupid...
I agree that the 3 striks law is out of control, there is a world of child rape going on! and the one doing them crimes seem to get less time then a person with a sack of dope, or someone that robbed a store, get over the peddy crap and give the time to the ones whoshould be getting it, Rape, child rape, murder, Stop putting people in prison for years on years for things that should be such a big deal, try giveing the 20 years to a murder, or child rape, or Rape period, seems to me that system is a little backwars, half the people in your prison are in there for 10 plus years on a charge that shouldnt have that much time. fix your system and let some go, stop holding them for nothing!!!! and get rid of your 3 strikes law, is not any good anyway. the california prison system seems to hold the saying, ( lockem up and throw away the key ) close to heart. would you throw the key away on your Family member??
It is impotant to understand that there are inmates in prison for a reason. But what is the fair punnishment for someone that didn't kill anyone; or someone that was convicted of conspiracy to commit a crime? Would you say that twenty years was a fair amount of time? Are do you think that they should face life? If a person has been locked up for twenty years and has complied by all of the Board of Prison Terms stipulations then why am I a tax payer still paying for thier room and board? Why are they not out here being productive citizens and paying back society the debt that they owe? Why does the Goverment feel it neccesarry to continue to ask me to pay for thier living conditions when as a single mother I am having a hard enough time paying for my childrens cost of living? I am unable to recieve assistance from the county and my children have to suffer because the state of california says that there men that have need of space that has already served thier time? Why am I on the inter
