  I agree with you 100%!!!! You do have to work at anything you do whether it is taking care of the house and kids or going to a full time job every day!!!! You cant expect to have customers and large checks over night, it takes time and determination!!!!! Any one reading that post shouldn't let her experience or opinion stop them from doing what they feel they would enjoy doing or trying and most of don't get discouraged!!!!

  I am sorry you had such a bad experience with your Avon Career> You have to work at anything you do. you can't expect the customers to just fly off the shelf and info your sales force.
  
  I have been selling for almost 5 yrs and it was a little slow in the beginning but now I have over $3,000.00 ea. camp on a reg basis and I have over 80 in my downline. It is work but I enjoy working for myself, also I am helping others gain some financial freedom also. I had to be creative and I did not spend much on anything but books and the only time I give out dicounts is when It is there birthday and maybe another special occasion.
  
  I worked full time until recently and was still able to build a awesome business. I live about 20 miles from the nearest medium sized town. I don't have a neighborhood like a lot of Reps. But I have made the best of it as I was more interested in building my business instead of complaining.
