"Summer Falls" woven by Caroline Liebman in Fall of 2008. Inspired by fractal images and natural colors of trees during the seasons of summer and fall. The flat piece represents the abundance of summer (in color and form), while the three-dimensional "tree" represents the vacancy and loss of vibrance present in the fall season.
