Author's home-based biodiesel factory uses dipole resin ion beads for non-toxic glycerol extraction. Suggest doing this only if you operate a similar non-toxic (non-lye based) apparatus on the chemical side.

I have tried to read everything that you have posted here. I have been struggling to get my dry wash and centrifuge system operational for a while, without complete success. It appears your centrifuge is air driven, does your spinner have seperate air ports for spinning the turbines?
Do you have a simple step by step process that you have come to use that you can pass onward. If so, please do so.
