My husband and I went shopping for the house and ended up buying the Imaginarium 200 piece art set for $20. Now this purchase was a huge accident, I had no plans of buying him any type of art set .But I seen it and wasn't willing to pass up the price. I figured getting 200 different art pieces for $20 beats buying a whole bunch of crayola markers and paint sets.
What I love about the Imaginarium 200 piece art set
There were so many things that I loved about this art set but the main thing that I liked was the carrying case. The art set comes with a case that allows my child to carry all of his art pieces with ease. It's a tri-fold art set which holds tons of different art pieces from markers to just about anything you can think of pertaining to art.
Another thing I like about the Imaginarium 200 piece art set is the built easel that comes with it. When we first opened it, I didn't notice the easel but once my son pulled it up, I was even more ecstatic about the money I spent on it.
The easel sits up through a built in stand that can be let down just by pushing it. And honestly, it's pretty darn sturdy for what it's worth. My son doesn't have to draw separately from his art set, all he has to do is pull up his easel and get going.
The carrying case is so easy to carry around that my son can take his Imaginarium 200 piece art set any where he pleases.
Was there anything I didn't like about the Imaginarium 200 piece art set
The only thing I didn't really like about the Imaginarium 200 piece art set was that every once in a while my son forgets to pick up his art pieces and he ends u leaving them all over the floor. This art set can get really messy if your child doesn't pick up behind his self.
Another thing I don't like about the Imaginarium 200 piece art set is that the crayons break very easily. My son has only had his art set for a week or so and he has broken almost half of them. I would opt for them to put better quality crayons in the art set. But other than that it's a decent little kit.
My conclusion?
If your child loves to draw like most children do, then spend a coupld of dollars on the Imaginarium 200 piece art set . You might not like the crayons all that much but it will definitely keep your little busy and out of your hair. Believe me I know, I get a lot more mommy time now that my son has the Imaginarium 200 piece art set.
