Imaginarium Wooden Work Bench - Product Review

Lovemyviews
My son has a huge love for building things. But the main thing that he enjoys is being around my husband in the garage, watching him hammer on things. Considering the fact that he is a little boy we can only do so much when it comes to allowing him to handling tools. So we went to Toys R Us and bought him the
Imaginarium wooden work bench for $50.

I was against purchasing this work bench because of the price but once I realized what all came with it, I never gave it a second thought.

What I like about the Imaginarium wooden work bench

I could go on for day about what impressed me when it came to the Imaginarium wooden work bench. But I think I'm just going to keep it short.

The first thing I liked about the Imaginarium wooden work bench are the small compartments that are built into the workbench. Considering the fact that this workbench comes with a whole host of tools, there is a huge need for compartments to store it in.

Secondly I think that the entire structure of the Imaginarium wooden work bench is just all around great. I love that it has three different levels for my sons tools. The top area is to hang his hammers , wrenches and such. The second area is for my son to work on and the third level is another storage area for all of his smaller tools.

Assembling the Imaginarium wooden work bench was a bit of a hassle for me. The instructions weren't laid out all that well which caused me to spend more time putting it together than I intended.

The only downside to the Imaginarium wooden work bench is t that it comes with a lot of small pieces. My son isn't all that good with keeping up with small accessories so eventually he loses them all.

My conclusion?

For the most part, I think that the Imaginarium wooden work bench is a neat work bench for young boys who enjoy craftsmanship. It keeps them entertained and that to me is the best thing about the Imaginarium wooden work bench.

I will admit that after using it for a while my son did stop playing with it which made me a bit disappointed about spending $50 on it. I personally think that it should be cheaper because it doesn't keep children interested in it for all that long.
