FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Zenovia B. has put a new spin on building self esteem, positive thinking and learning to love yourself with poetry, essays and quotes. "I Refuse To Be Lonely," 978-1-4303-1075-4, tells in poetry form what it feels like to have loneliness dictate your choices in live, when it comes to a man and friendship.

Zenovia goes into depth of how a woman broke free from an abusive mate, how a woman learn to move on with her life after finding out her husband slept with men.

Through poetry, prose and quotes and essays Zenovia helps a woman to see that being with a man does not give a woman validation, having self esteem, her own dreams and making those dreams come true is what is going to make her happy. A man may add to the happiness but he will be be the reason for her happiness.

What makes this book unique is that Zenovia B. seems to be talking to you personally. She writes from a first point of view of being raped, and feeling guilty and angry from not reporting it.

Zenovia B. writes about not loving yourself by overeating, under eating or not eating at all.

She writes about drug and alcohol abuse, having a multiple sexual partners, embracing friendship with women and she ends with loving yourself, believing in yourself and your dreams and not feeling like it's the end because you have no mate.

She acknowledges that yes she does hope to one day to have a mate, but she will not settle for just anything just because she is lonely.
