Zenovia B. writes about not loving yourself by overeating, under eating or not eating at all.
She writes about drug and alcohol abuse, having a multiple sexual partners, embracing friendship with women and she ends with loving yourself, believing in yourself and your dreams and not feeling like it's the end because you have no mate.
She acknowledges that yes she does hope to one day to have a mate, but she will not settle for just anything just because she is lonely.
