http://www.sondrak.com/ This is a pro-materialism, anti-moonbat, Hollywood Blog (bloggywood). "Moonbatoligist" Claire defends our Commander in Chiefs actions by digitally altering photos of R. Nancy Pelosi (D) and making fun of her promise to, "not impeach the president if re-elected." The jabs themselves revolved around comparisons of Teddy Kennedy and his alcohol intake to Rep. Pelosi's I.Q. I give them points for creative use of a digital whip, on the impeachment relevancy scale this turns into a 3.
From the opposite end of the spectrum comes, http://impeachpac.org, a federal PAC that endorses candidates who "...support the immediate and simultaneous impeachment of George Bush and Dick Cheney for their Iraq War lies." Aside from actually offering supporting evidence for their accusations they also feature an "impeachment store." Due to this capitalistic fact coupled with a high keyword relevancy, I give this site a 10.
Next up, the http://www.museumofleftwinglunacy.com, begins where the "Liberal Media" leaves off. Featuring lots of pictures of silly looking liberals, and plenty of ACLU bashing, it has hardly a note mentioned to the idea of impeachment. The only impeachment material I could find was here (http://www.museumofleftwinglunacy.com/archives/2005/12/impeach_pac_put.html), which is just a mean spirited take on the merchandise available from the impeachpac.org store. For excessive hubris, and a lack of content, I give this site a 1 on the impeachment relevancy scale.
Finally, the big daddy of all impeachment sites, http://www.impeachbush.org, is a grassroots site featuring an active referendum to remove our president from office. From this page you can send a letter to your congressman, order impeach Bush shirts, or simply view their argument to see if you actually agree with it. This page gets a 10 for content but loses a point for the overly large site design, so the final impeachment relevancy scale is a 9.
Like America, the Internet truly is polarized in its opinions of the matter. The largest difference in this polarization is the nature of the opinions themselves. While the sites that support impeachment are passionate beyond the extreme, the pro-Bush sites posture as if the subject has no relevancy, nor moral basis, whatsoever in today's politics. They act as if turning a blind eye to the subject will negate the subject's existence. I'm all for their use of this tactic, but it is unfortunate that it does not provide us with a sustainable, nor stable, governing model.
