Some companies state in their advertising their minimum quantities, which they will ship. SAMPLE ORDER! Now, many companies, especially those that export to the USA, are looking for companies of any size who are Importing from China and other countries. Many of the companies will ship a smaller number of items, hoping you will buy more. These companies will many times accept whatever quantities you request prices for in your Sample Order. Their hope is that you come back and submit a large order.

Some companies are set up to ship small quantities and some are not. Never hurts to ask. Many times you can tell by their price lists if they show small quantities. They have no idea how big a business you are. We practice and share with other, that you should not lie to, nor mislead the future business partners. While it is important to have the appearance of a successful firm. Be honest. We let our future business suppliers know that we were a small family owned and run business. That we were growing. That if they were willing to work with us as we tested this new market, that we would work with them as our business grew. They did and we did. This means instant communications, and instant action. You can request a Quotation via email, and they will email you everything you need to proceed. They usually send you what is called a Proforma Invoice, which is just an Invoice in advance. You will be expected to wire the funds electronically. This is easily done by your bank.

You can go to their website and see all the products and specs. Very often, if you don't see what you want, they will give you a price on it. You can never tell, always compare prices. Some firms in the Orient represent other firms in the Orient. You want to buy from the Prime Source, the manufacturer.
Remember, a Sample Order can be one or 100 or any amount. It is a Sample Order because you are calling it a Sample Order. Talk with them and check them out with their government agencies. Do your homework and you should not have any problems. Sample can make a day profitable.
