There are a lot of people who think China is a dangerous,poor and dirty country. People also think China has a lot of crime. It doesn't have any more than an American city does.Your just as safe in China as in your own neighborhood.

I have heard rumors being spread around about how Chinese businesses are trying to cheat foreign customers. This also isn't true. They don't want to upset and alienate you from them. They want a good long standing relationship with you. After all there wouldn't be any profit in it for them if they made you mad at them. Sometimes the difference in the misunderstanding, is about a language barrier.They may not understand what you are trying to tell them.

Most are just learning our language and its very difficult for them to understand what we mean. What we say and mean they may interrupt it as something else, causing friction between the two. One thinking the other is out to cheat the other one. Have patience and ask for clarification if your not sure of what they mean. Make absolutely sure you understand them and they understand you before proceeding with the deal. Always be kind,friendly and polite.

Think how you would fell if you were trying to learn a foreign language that you didn't quite understand and someone got quite angry with you because you didn't understand what they told you they wanted . All it takes here to solve this is a little patience, understanding and kindness.

China is not a backward country as portrayed on TV.It is a highly technical updated country. Granted there are some remote areas that are bad,no denying that. But for the most part it is a well run country. Importing from China is a way of the future.

Chinese people are not like the Americans. They don't always say what they are thinking or feeling. Americans just speak their minds but Chinese people keep their thoughts and feelings to them selfs.They do not voice their thoughts and feelings out loud.

Never be rude. Always be polite and friendly. If you are polite and friendly in your dealings with them they in return will go above board for you and go out of their way to help you.

China can afford to sell cheap because their overhead expenses are not as high as ours. Which passes the savings onto us enabling us to buy low and sell high.

There are a few people in China who are willing to Drop Ship for you. Drop Shipping seems to be a great on going thing today. However in China as well as in our country you must be very resourceful and careful when choosing a Drop Shipper. Some are legit and some are not. Most don't even know what a Drop Shipper is.

The nice thing about Drop Shipping is you don't have to store or purchase merchandise in advance.You don't have to ship the product ,the drop shipper ships for you. Some will even let you brand the invoice and packages/boxes with your own name.

On the bad side however you are not always guaranteed that the customer will get their product. Sometimes they might run out of stock and your left having to explain to the customer after they have paid why they aren't getting the product they paid for. There is also the chance that the Drop Shipper could go out of business leaving you to explain this and refund all money.

Most Chinese don't know anything about Drop Shippers.This is something to take into consideration when shopping around for a Chinese importer.
To wind this all up,don't be afraid to import from China.They are not out to scam or defraud you.They are just trying to make a living like you are.
