You don't need to follow any "girly" diets and regimes to improve yourself. You can get a better body and a healthy mind without the painful sacrifice by following these easy tips. You'll be on your way to improve your life in no time.

Learn how to drink. A good drinker is not the one that pukes all over the place, picks up fights with whoever he has in front, and has a killer hangover the next day. Choose a drink and avoid mixing it with other drinks, energetic beverages, or drugs; other drinks and drugs would make you lose control faster and energetic drinks will strain your heart and increase blood pressure. Also keep yourself hydrated by alternating a beverage with a glass of water.

Listen to the Chick-fil-a cows and eat more chicken. Eat about three portions per week and for breakfast and dinner avoid eating more that 7 eggs a week. The protein in chicken keeps your hunger satisfied, and builds muscle without making you fat.

Keep it fun. Visit your friends often and remember your teenage good times with them. Go to fun places; go see a football match, the race cars, go hiking or any activity you enjoy. Having fun can prevent conditions such as depression, and helps to lower your stress, which can be associated to other problems.

Follow a macho diet. Following a diet can be an excuse for your friends to give you a hard time, but they won't notice if you do it correctly. Instead of drinking beer drink Vodka, instead of fajita tacos order chicken fajitas, change greasy chips for pretzels, it is up to you. Details are subtle to your friends, but they matter for your body.

Get rid of the toxicity in your life. Avoiding narcotics is a good start, but toxicity can come in many shapes. It can come from those so called "friends" that only make fun of you, the office people that only talk bad about others, or those women that are manipulative and crazy. Get rid of them all, you don't need them.

Love like there's no tomorrow. Love with passion, intensity and honesty; it will improve your life in many ways, and when love fades don't stick to that relationship. Finish it and move on with your life.

Like your mommy said: eat your vegetables. Meat is a good source of protein, but fruits and vegetables are also important. They can help to increase your blood flow, fill you up with energy, and they can even help you to get better erections; that alone is a great reason.

Take 5 minutes of to breathe, meditate and take conscience of your body. Use this time to think about your goals and by doing so it will be easier to find ways to achieve them.

Give yourself a hand. Before going to sleep think about the things you did right in your day. A little motivation can do no harm.
