In Good Company: Another View

From a Different Perspective

Cheryl Goff
I agree that while we are all different we are much the same. I relish the disparity as well. I can see how this may be viewed as fate which brings those of likeness together. But I believe there is a bigger picture. I don't think it's coincidence at all or FATE. I believe it's a well designed plan by a mind bigger and a view grander than any we could conceive or think.

God's word says, Ephesians 3:20

Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams] (from BibleGateway.com).

I think God has so many things in mind for us that we don't always recognize them as delightful gifts from Him. We assume they are just happenstances. But I believe He delights in giving us the simpliest as well as the most profound of gifts. Now, who wouldn't want a dad like that?

I also joy in the fact that He has created us with similarities that draw us to others of like-mindedness. I love singing and writing. I enjoy greatly big family get-togethers and spending time with best friends. And I consider these as precious gifts from God. I love how He thinks and cares for my every thought and desire. I just love my Father...can you tell!

I can tell you love the Lord, and He loves you right back. So many times, it's easier to chalk occurences up to something strange and unusal instead of divine intervention and deliberate connections. Glad to know you Cheryl, even if only virtually, and we know Who we have to thank for that.
