Just a word of precaution, in grown hair is more of a problem for those who have curly hair. It is not uncommon for their hair to curl the wrong way, and end up piercing into the skin. However, in grown hair is not hard to get rid of. A pair of tweezers should do the trick. But before having to take out the pair of tweezers, there are multiple ways you can avoid growing in grown hair, and sparing those extra minutes, and pain.
For women, this step may be especially hard since the newest fashion is tight clothes which show your body image. It's no surprise that wearing looser clothing will most likely help prevent in grown hair growth. After waxing or shaving, remember to wear loose clothes especially as it will help guarantee that the hair won't be forced to grow into the skin. Look around at some fashion stores, and choose some looser pieces of clothing you can wear especially after shaving.
Also, finding an appropriate shaving technique is ideal to help prevent in grown hair growth. First off, don't shave too close to the skin, and always leave some of the hair still out. Also, don't go over an area multiple times in order to get the "right" shave. Some people say that although you may get the desired effect, the style of shaving will also encourage in grown hair growth. Basically, when shaving you don't want to irritate your skin too much.
Also, if shaving, waxing and tweezing isn't exactly your style. There are many different creams and lotions which are specifically designed to help bleach, and get rid of hair (you can find these products at your local drug mart). Some of these lotions and creams will also have a guarantee that no in grown hair growth will grow right after using the product. Look for those guarantees, and you'll be on the right track.
In grown hair growth can be preventable for most people; however, some people do experience in grown hair growth at a regular basis, and it is extremely natural. Make sure you exfoliate your pores often, so that the hair follicle will have enough room to grow, and not get their path blocked. Using the guidelines outlined above, in grown hair growth does not have to be a big problem anymore; in fact, you can probably get rid of them as easy as one-two-three. If you happen to have to take the tweezers out, remember to place a damp warm towel on top before tweezing to soften your skin. It will help make the tweezing process a lot more efficient and easy.
