He's in the arms of Jesus now
Beloved husband, father, friend
With us one day, now asleep
Pain and suffering at an end
Surrounded by the glorious host
Angels serenade his soul
Consumed with grief, we still rejoice
That once again he will be whole
He's in the arms of Jesus now
His life's example left behind
A friend to all, none turned away
He blessed us with his heart so kind
Now dwelling in the heavenly realm
Arm in arm with our dear Lord
We'll always keep him in our hearts
And know he's found his great reward
In memory of our dear friend John Nelson Strasser (April 20, 1953-May 11, 2007)
