Inside the O
"Often seeks to make friends or form a group. Has great ambition for power and prosperity." - ABC News International.
It can be intuited that individuals with the O blood type tend to be suspicious of people outside their own circle of friends and family. When they do meet new people, they will seek to group them, as either being in their inner, trustworthy circle, or another group. Which is not to say that a type O person will be particularly rude or ignore the people outside the circle, but he or she will have a clear sense of boundaries when it comes to people. Taken to an extreme, you're either in or you're out, part of the home team, or just another member of the visiting team.
Outside the O
A popular blood type author, Tong-Son Park, indicated that in the same sense as how type O people vastly prefer to deal with people within their inner circle, they can be really focused on goals and objectives that are within reach, but if the goal seems too far out of reach, outside a set parameter, they will quickly give up any effort of trying to reach it. Once they have determined a feasible goal or a subject that's within their purview, their focus can be very intense and strong-this makes it likely that blood type O individuals experts on their favorite subjects. Although this very same intensity can also make it hard for them to make compromises, so others can see blood type O people as stubborn and unrelenting. In some ways, a type O person can seem to be set in their ways, unwilling to explore new ideas or take other views into consideration.
The O Itself
Park also concluded that when O's are in a relationship, things can heat up pretty quickly, but in the long run, if they don't see the relationship going anywhere, they won't hesitate to move on. So in all, a shortcut to understanding relationships with O blood types is just by the letter O, as in, inside the O or outside the O. If you're inside, you get all the focus and all the passion. If you're outside, good luck getting a type O person to give you any type of attention.
Via ABC News International, some famous blood type O people include:

Megan Fox
