In Seach of Poison Free Water

I recently attended some holistic health classes on aromatherapy when I came across a little booklet titled "Rub as Dub Dub is the Cancer in your Tub?" The booklet suggest that there was anti-freeze in most of our hygiene and dental products. I was horrified. It was then I decided to start religiously reading labels and investigate what I was putting into my system. Low and behold, I found that the same ingredients in anti-freeze were in my tooth paste. I asked a friend who is a doctor and she said it was okay because you don't swallow tooth paste. I was indignant, I am sure I would not put antifreeze on my gums.

I had been working in a prison system for 12 years drinking hot tea out of an aluminum cup (Ceramic cups were not allowed.), when I began to have some memory problems and difficulty breathing. I had graduated Magna a few years prior but I now could not remember the names of my co-workers, or days of the week. The doctor thought my problem was job stress related and put me on an anti depressant and my symptoms became worse. Little did I know then that I was suffering from fluoride poisoning only made worse by prescription medications that also contained fluoride.

After discovering anti-freeze was indeed listed in my shampoo, I began to read ALL labels. In my endeavor to read labels I found that my tooth paste had a warning label that stated that fluoride was a drug that was harmful if swallowed. It recommend if ingested to call poison control. In my research I was to discover that same amount of fluoride considered toxic in the tooth past was in an average 8 ounce glass of water. I was also to discover it was going to be very difficult to find water or products without fluoride.

I was being treated for gum disease. My gums were eroding and they bleed profusely. The doctor suggest that I have extensive scrapings. In the mean time I purchased a n Oral B sonic tooth brush and some Thieves Toothpaste from Young Living that does not contain fluoride or anti-freeze. Low and behold: no more bleeding gums!

But I did continue to drink my tea made from the tap water that my local health department deemed safe. What I was to discover that I was poisoning myself. The tea that was made with fluoride tap water increased the fluoride that was leaching from the tea. Add in Dupont's Teflon pan to boil the water and an aluminum cup and I was as toxic as any Nazi concentration camp prisoner.

Yes, it was the Nazi's who first put fluoride into water for control the Jews. It makes women sterile and makes prisoners docile. It was used by the Japanese and the Russians in prison camps to control populations. I guess my levels are dropping because I began to wonder why our country would put such poison is the water.

I found documentation that the aluminum companies had high levels of workers suffering from fluoride poisoning. So, to decrease their liabilities the big hitters of Alcoa, Dupont, Kaiser, United Steel supported the use of fluoride in the water because it could not then be proved that their employees ingested it on the job. That way it decrease the law suits from bone cancer and kidney problems. They hired a big hitter by the name of Edward Bernays to get dentists to promote the health benefits. We all know that if a doctor is his little white coat tells us something long enough we will all believe it. .

Chemicals that are products of pesticides cannot be dumped into our lakes in rivers but we can pay they to put them into our drinking water. These chemicals are the main ingredients in cock roach killers and rat poisons are put into out water and bottled water companies don't have to even list it on the label.. We can scrape this puke off the smoke stacks of and feed it to our children and pets.

This was all supported by the Mellon Institute. The very same people who said tobacco, lead in gas, and asbestos were all safe. In the meantime, the Department of Agriculture sated in 1970 "Airborne fluoride cases more world wide damage to domestic animals than any other pollutant." It kills cattle and destroys crops. Between 1957 and 1968 "fluoride was responsible for more damage claims than all 20 naturally know pollutants" reported Dr. Edwin Groth of the Consumer Union.

Dr. William Marcus of the EPA reported that fluoride causes bone cancer and liver cancer. A Dr. Mullinex stated fluoride causes Attention Deficit, Hyperactivity, lowers IQ, causes memory problems, causes Hypothyroidism, Cardiovascular Problems and Kidney Problems. So why the hell is it in my water?

Over 98 percent of Europe has removed fluoride from the water. So has Russia, China and Japan. So they must have most dental problems, right? Not true. Actually, in the United states 2/3 or our children now have dental flourosis which cause pitting and stains on the teeth. Toronto has fluoride, and Vancouver does not. Want to venture which has more caries? Yup, you got it: Vancouver.

I find it ever difficult to reduce fluoride in my diet. Canned goods contained fluorinated water as do many juices. Most bottled waters are just tap water and contain fluoride. It is very difficult to remove fluoride from water, most processes do not take it out. Best removal is reverse osmosis with carbon filters, but they are expensive. You can can't some bottled reverse osmosis products. But, hope they change the filters regularly. The remaining problem is that is still in the tap water we bathe in. Mixed with chlorine and that is another whole article.

The American Pediatric Association has recommended that parents not use tap water for mixing formal. So, why then are companies adding it to "Nursery Water?"

I had a bamboo money plant that was turning yellow and looking like it was going to die. The plant book said that fluoride and chlorine was harmful to the plant. I switch from tap water to filtered water and it looking like it might survive.

After my problems and my research I decide to share with some friends. I was savagely attacked. It appears that fluoride is as American as soda pop and apple pie and you are considered a wacky communist is you say anything against this American way of life.
