Somehow I'm in the truth and in a melting into you dream
I'm here all the way with my heart over there somewhere, wherever you are
I can feel the touch of your warmth caressing my inner marginals
I'm craving for a one on one private lesson on the secret of your native tongue
Could it be I'm lost in a fantasy where you ignite my engine
I feel your energy all over me as if you were right here by my side
I can feel your breath on my neck as if in your arms I were tied
And all I see are your thousand words before me and unraveled
Just trying to keep my mind focused and not on pounding upon your drum is a battle
You're a funky rhythm that makes a listener want to dip and dive
I adore the chemistry when our melodies harmoniously collide
Like music stacked and the notes blend inside and we improvise on vocal wahs
Daydream like I'm in the midst of a sweet, sweet storm and yet physically not there at all
