Classic STEP step bench- is a full size step excellent for step traveling moves. It is ideal to lie on for arm/chest dumbbell toning or even incline abdominal work. It adjusts from 4" to 8" high. It comes with 2 pair of risers.

Cathe Friedrich's Low Max- is a low impact yet advanced level DVD. The video is about 69 minutes but you have the option to select shorter versions of the workout. Equipment used is the step bench and risers.
Slanted Step Risers- this piece of inexpensive equipment adds a dimension of functionality to your step. The angled step increases range of motion for moves done lying on your back. You don't have to lie flat on a surface. It is beneficial to have slight elevation. With the order of this step a 30 minute DVD is included. All cardio and toning.
