1 lb ground beef
2 cups parmesan cheese
2 eggs
Chopped garlic to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Directions for Incredibly Easy Low-Carb Parmesan Garlic Meatballs

Combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl.2
Mix the ingredients well. (This may require rolling up your sleeves and using your hands!) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.3
Form the meat mixture into balls. Place on a well greased cookie sheet.4
Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy them plain or topped with your favorite low-carb marinara sauce.Tip
These meatballs can be made ahead of time, frozen, and baked when ready.

Post a CommentThanks for the recipe, Landra! These meatballs really do sound easy. When I see a recipe with about 30 ingredients, I tend to shy away, as it's too complicated, time consuming and just not worth it. But your recipe sounds very simple and tasty too.
