Car makers such as Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai Motor India, Honda Siel Cars India and Volkswagen India have geared up to boost their production for the festive season. These car manufacturers have recruited a new set of workers to up their production.
Though there will be hardly any car launches in the coming months, car makers are ramping their production with the existing brands like the new Santro Xing, New Estilo, Ritz, Fiat Grande Punto, Honda City and the Honda Jazz. The car makers are giving attractive discounts and have come up with special offers to boost sales during the festive season.
Maruti Suzuki is offering a discount of as much as Rs 30,000 on the Maruti Suzuki WagonR. The Company is expecting to witness a double-digit growth during this period. The Indian arm of Honda, which till now has not given any discounts, has revealed a promotion scheme called 'Win a Car' in which one lucky Honda customer will win a Honda car every week between September 7 and October 31.
Hyundai Motor India has been offering a nationwide Free Car Care Clinic from the 7th of September till the 20th September. This is the seventh time the car company is providing this service in tenure of ten years. But with this time there are lot going to be more goodies.
Conducted across 375 Hyundai dealer workshops, for the first time, all the Hyundai customers can avail this service at Hyundai Authorised Service Centres (HASC), thirty of them across the country. The Hyundai car will undergo a complete 80 point check-up. This is not all, the company is celebrating its tenth birthday in India. There are return gifts too, if you are lucky. Extended warranty, gift hampers, a first prize of 32" LCD television and the list does not stop here.Moreover, dealerships across the country have already begun stocking up in the hope for increase in sales in the upcoming season.
