Indian Car Manufacturer Mahindra Speeds Up Production on Xylo

The Indian car manufacturer Mahindra and Mahindra is rushing up the Xylo production in order to meet the demand.

According to Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Anand Mahindra (M&), ' the company has received a long waiting list of five weeks and in order to bring down , it is necessary to speed up the production'.

Introduced 2009 January, Xylo has sold in good numbers since its launch. Even when the car manufacturer experienced a dip of nearly 17 percent in the domestic sales, it was the the Xylo sales supported M&M. The MPV was sold in 1,788 units just in two weeks since its launch and also the booking have crossed the 4,000 mark.

The demand of Xylo even at the time when the car market is struggling is a positive indication that the good and value added products will be always a winner even at the time of any crisis.
