Indiana Earthquake Rattles State at 4.2

Indiana residents woke up to a jolt Thursday morning as a magnitude 4.2 quake struck the state. The US Geological Survey reported that just before 8 a.m. an earthquake struck north-central Indiana.

According to the USGS the quake was three miles deep, with an epicenter was located about 15 miles east-southeast of Kokomo, 15 miles west-southwest from Marion and 50 miles north of Indianapolis.

There were no reports of damage from the Indiana earthquake in Indianapolis, and folks closer to the center just reported getting a little rattled.
