If you like to gamble, like to eat, want to do something different and are over 21 then Indiana Live! Casino is a place you will want to visit. It is the closest casino to Indianapolis, Indiana. It is approximately a 20 minute drive from southeast Indianapolis and is located directly off Interstate I-74, The address is 4300 N. Michigan Road, Shelbyville, Indiana.

Indiana Live! Casino features 2,000 slot machines which were recently voted "Best Slots". In addition, electronic tables games are available, including a state-of-the-art poker room that offers Texas Hold'em. The casino is open 24 hours 7 days a week. There is lots of activity going on, but with 233,000 feet you seldom feel crowded. It is fun to walk around and watch the people. Seeing all the different slot machines is entertaining in itself. Even if you are not a gambler, they have penny slot machines so you can still play without spending a lot of money. They have lots of nice employees who will direct you if you have any questions.

There are 3 different restaurants located in the casino. Live! Market Buffet is an all you can eat buffet with lunch and dinner seven days a week. The fare is delicious and the selection is fantastic. Nascar Sports Grille is great to watch sporting events with its two big screen TV's. It is a festive atmosphere and has weekend entertainment. The Maker's Mark Bourbon House & Lounge Steakhouse features a selection of more than 50 world famous whiskeys and a wine list of more than 200. This is a high end steak house and dinner reservations are suggested.

The 4500 square foot Center Bar located in the center of the casino offers live entertainment every weekend.

The restrooms are very clean and are located throughout the casino. Very easy to find.

They offer valet parking for a small fee. There is a covered parking garage attached to the casino with elevators to take you to the casino floor. There is never a lot of walking.

You can spend as much time at the casino as you want. You can go day or night. You can spend as much money as you want, there is no charge to get in and no parking fee unless you choose the valet parking. It's air-conditioned and a fun way to spend a hot summer day. If you choose to eat someplace else, the town of Shelbyville is about 15 minutes from the casino with a variety of fast food and popular eating places.

This Casino is just OK. The bigger issue is the town it is in. Not a very friendly place. The Cops are jerks! Not worth it-Stay away from this town!!
