Indiana's Black Walnut Muffins
1 recipe Rich 'N' Sweet Muffins
1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped black walnuts or 3/4 cup chopped English walnuts, toasted
Prepare muffin recipe as directed except substitute brown sugar for granulated.
Add walnuts to dry ingredients.
Makes 1 dozen, about 230 calories each with black walnuts, 250 calories each with English walnuts.
