1. Sing a Christmas Tune
1.1. Form two groups of 5 members each.
1.2. Draw lots as to who would start first.
1.3. The first group would sing a line from a Christmas song and stop at any selected line.
1.4. The second group has to pick the last word of that line and sing another Christmas song using the other group's last word as the first word of their song.
1.5. Every time a team could not continue with a song, they lose.
1.6. The group with the most accumulated points after 5 rounds would win the game.
2. Complete Santa Claus
2.1. Form two groups of 10 members each.
2.2. Have two sets of a big Santa Claus picture posted at a near distance from each group.
2.3. The ears, hair, moustache, two hands (one for each member), mouth, both lower legs, two eyes are detached from the drawing.
2.4. Each member of the group would attach his or her assigned body part to the incomplete image of Santa; but this is done with his or her eyes blindfolded. The other members could shout instructions to the person to help him in pasting correctly the body part.
2.5. The group with the least errors wins the game.
3. Race for the Christmas gifts
3.1. Form two or three groups with 5-10 members each.
3.2. Each group would race to stacking the gifts under the Christmas tree.
3.3. Before they could get a gift however, they should wear Santa's costume, go around the circle, and then get the gift and place it under the designated tree.
3.4. The group who finishes first would be declared the winner.
4. Videoke Sing-out
For music lovers, this would be a chance to show off. A minus-one Christmas song is played in the videoke machine; the contestants sing with randomly selected Christmas songs. Whoever gets the highest score (as scored by the machine itself) wins the contest.
5. Act Out Christmas
5.1. Form two or more groups of 5-10 members each.
5.2. Each group will be given two minutes to guess the Christmas word acted out by a member of the group.
5.3. The lips are sealed or covered with a handkerchief so that only the actions should be done by the member who is acting out the Christmas word.
5.4. Each member will act out a word at two minutes each.
5.5. The group with the most correct guesses wins the game.
There are still several indoor games which you could play by being innovative and creative. Don't limit your imagination to what is customary. Christmas is so much happier when there is laughter and joy. Relieve yourself of stress and bask in the genuine meaning of Christmas.
