The difference between the two women is simple - Erin Andrews didn't portray herself as saucy, or hot - she just reported on College football. It wasn't her fault that some freaky stalker followed her around, rigged her peephole, and made cell phone camera footage of her.

On the other hand, Ines Sainz hot pictures are splattered all across the internet. These aren't scandalous photos - she posed for them. The hot reporter has been called "Boobylicious" and "Bootylicious" by Rush Limbaugh, and at one time allegedly was the hot topic of the men's lockerroom at the New York Jets.

As a woman, I feel sorry for Erin Andrews but I don't feel sorry for Ines Sainz. Of course, Ines isn't playing a victim. She's accepted apologies and from what I've read there's nothing more than a "No Fun League" inquiry into some comments she made on twitter. However, she carries herself in a way that lends for male comments...oftentimes the kind of comments that aren't exactly welcome.

Baring your belly, wearing low cut shirts and tight butt-hugging pants is okay if you are going to a club. However, if you want to be taken seriously, especially in the world of men's sports, an ounce of professionalism would go along way. I'm not being a prude, I'm just saying don't flaunt the assets unless you're ready to take them to auction.

In addition, when women cover men's sports - particularly football or basketball, they shouldn't get offended when men act like men. As long as there's no unwanted touching, they should turn a deaf ear to offcolor comments. That's just the nature of men, and sportscasters should know that more than anyone else.

Ines Sainz hot pictures and Erin Andrews' peephole video remain two hot topics that will go down in women sportscaster history. While I doubt that Sainz' controversy will have any long term impact on her life, like Erin Andrews' situation has it will likely be a news topic covered for weeks. Debates over Ines Sainz' sexual harassment scandal will loom until the NFL finishes their investigation into the Jets, and I really hope no one is punished for being a man.
