-Savings Bonds: This is a great gift that definitely keeps on giving. Not a usual gift you might think of but useful and can be cheap. They can be purchased through your local bank branches or online and can come in many different denominations. And what is so great that is after a while, they are worth more than you gave for them. A very popular gift for the money savvy people in your family. And also great for children to start them out early learning the value of saving money.
-Lottery Tickets: This is an amazing gift idea. I often give these as stocking stuffers to my two sisters and two brothers. This way they are getting a chance at big bucks at the cost of only a $1.00 each to me. Who knows, you could be giving away millions as a simple inexpensive gift. They can be readily found at your local convenient store.
-Calenders: Wow, this really is a gift that keeps on giving for a whole year. More in some cases. These are great for just about anyone and help in a majority of ways. I once gave one to a friend as a last minute gift while browsing at my local Dollar Store. And a few months later they told me it was one of the best gifts they received. The reason they stated was because it helped them keep on track with their bill paying. And that is so true. I too use them as a bill reminder and it keeps me very organized and up to date. Also a plus for anyone to wants to keep up with numerous birthdays. If you are handy with computers you can also print out customized ones for free using your own software.
-Potted Flowers or Vines: Potted flowers or vines make great house gifts for just about anyone in your life. Even men can get great use of them by placing them in their office to add character or give them to Grandma to spruce up her living room. These are endless in the way you can arrange them. You can also add special touches such as balloons, ribbons, etc. to specialize them. They can be found at your local Walmart or flower shop in your area starting around $4.99 and up.
-Flashlights: Flashlights make great gifts for anyone. Especially if they are on the road a lot and need one to keep in their vehicle for emergency purposes. They are very cheap starting at only $1.00 and can be found at your local Dollar Store.
-Towel Set: Everyone loves getting out of the bath and wrapping up in a great big, fluffy towel. Why not give a towel set as a gift this year? They are very inexpensive, starting around $3.50 each at your local Dollar Store. So grab a few matching colors or mix match them up. Either way they will make a great, inexpensive gift this holiday season.
